Institute has organized a lively and colorful ‘Garba Mahotsav’ on 14th October 2024 during the Navratri festival. The celebration took place on the institutes ground and was attended by students, staff members. The event commenced with a pooja and aarti, performed by the Director of the Institute, Dr. Vaishali Patil Ma’am, as a tribute to the goddess, invoking blessings for a successful and joyous occasion. Following the pooja, the director, along with other dignitaries, were felicitated, and an introduction to Garba as a traditional dance form of Gujarat was provided to the attendees.

Garba Dance and Performances

Students of the institute showcased their talents by performing Garba in various traditional forms. The evening was filled with energetic and rhythmic dance performances that highlighted the cultural richness of Gujarat. Many students embraced the spirit of the event by donning vibrant, traditional attire, adding to the festive atmosphere. To further engage participants, a competition was held for the best-dressed performers and the best Garba dancer in both male and female categories. This added a competitive yet enjoyable element to the celebration, encouraging active participation from the students.
